Tonight we had ranch chicken, broccoli and cheese, and rice. The ranch chicken is easy to make and yummy! (And of course I double this recipe for my family, LOL)
RANCH CHICKEN
1 lb. chicken tenders
1 small bottle ranch dressing
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Coat chicken in ranch, then coat in Ritz crackers.
Place in greased pan and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Enjoy! :)
